If you are interested in deepening your supervisory practice, cultivating compassionate leadership, nurturing your authentic self, and relationally supporting meaningful health, development and healing for infants, young children, and their families, please consider joining SPCC’s upcoming year-long Reflective Supervision Learning Collaborative in Rochester, NY.

Prior experience in Reflective Supervision is not required, but those with a value or interest in building reflective capacity, relationship-based work, the professional use of self, cultural awareness, the balance between thoughts and emotions, and parallel process will find the theory and practice a good fit with their supervision style.
